OV considers big increases in development-review fees

Oro Valley is considering increasing its development-review fees, which the town charges applicants submitting a development plan. The fees include charges for up to four submissions of the same development. Developers routinely revise and resubmit development plans to conform to town regulations.
Following are the costs for some residential and commercial developments under Oro Valley's existing and proposed fees. The fees that Marana and Sahuarita now charge developers also are included for comparison.
