Catalina Contracting Services, LLC. (CCS) created custom designs and constructed the additions of a Master Suite, Craft Room, complete Kitchen renovation, and a new exterior stucco facade.
We involved the homeowners in the design process by creating a complimentary 3D design which personalized each space and allowed everyone in the family to have input. The end result is a stunning home that is highly functional.
As a Certified Aging-In-Place-Specialist (CAPS), the new addition has been planned to provide for handicapped functionality if ever required.
Whether they are firing pottery in the indoor kiln, entertaining in the spacious Kitchen, or simply relaxing in the oversized whirlpool tub, these homeowners greatly enjoy the new spaces that they helped create.
