KB Home gets new Ariz. chief

KB Home, one of the region's largest homebuilders, has named Ben Redman president of its Arizona division.  He will oversee the company's homebuilding operations in the Phoenix and Tucson areas, from land acquisition and construction to sales and customer service.

Most recently, Redman was president and chief operating officer for Westpac Development Corp., a land development firm in Phoenix.  Before that, with Pulte/Del Webb Corp., he was president of Pulte's Phoenix division for four years.
