Southern Arizona's Builders of the Year 2008

The Southern Arizona Home Builders Association honored eight members for industry excellence as builders of the year:

• Builder of the Year over 150 units: Pulte Homes.

• Builder of the Year under 150 units: Canoa Homes.

• Custom Builder of the Year: C&C Construction.

• Remodeler of the Year: Eren Design & Remodel.

• Individual Member of the Year: Charlie Bowles, vice president of Diamond Ventures.

• Associate Member of the Year: First American Title.

• Trade Partner of the Year: Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber.

• Sales Manager of the Year: Jill Jones, Lennar.

Nominees from SAHBA's 725 member organizations are judged on professionalism, business ethics, product quality, safety, number of units completed/sold. The awards were handed out Jan. 16 in ceremonies at Desert Diamond Casino Hotel.
