SAHBA directors named
The Southern Arizona Home Builders Association added seven first-time members to its 2009 board of directors.
The seven new directors are: Brad Bauer, Bauer Homes; Jeff Grobstein, Meritage Homes; David Grounds, Dorn Homes; Al LeCocq, LeCocq Construction; Michael Leung, Red Point Development; Eric Montgomery, D.R. Horton Homes; and Bill Viner, Pepper-Viner Homes.
In addition to Steven Washburn, who was previously announced as chairman, the executive board this year is made up of first vice chair Michael Whyde, Pepper-Viner Homes; second vice chair Ed Castelhano, Becklin Construction; secretary Martha Wright, Southwest Gas; and treasurer John Shorbe, Canoa Development.
Builder directors are Craig Campbell, Miramonte Homes; Shawn Chlarson, Pulte Homes; Sanjay Madhvani, Sombra Homes; John McCaleb, McCaleb Construction; Steve Moore, Richmond American Homes; Merrill Niles, Niles Custom Homes; and Jeff Willmeng, Willmeng Homes.
Associate directors are Michael Bolchalk, Bolchalk FReY Marketing; Erin Fitzgerald, First American Title; Brigid Gannon, Gannon Utility Consulting; Dan Hogan, Tucson Electric Power; Steve King, Fidelity National Title; Bob Kirk, Southwest Desert Images; Dennis Merideth, OneSource Benefit Planning; Marty Mincer, Southern Arizona Glassworks; Wocky Redsar, WVR Consulting; Mike Rutherford, Rutherford Diversified Industries; Carl Schroeder, Kadon Realty; and John Strobeck, Bright Future Business Consultants.
