Bauer Homes Wins People's Choice Award a t SAHBA Parade of Homes
The luxurious Old World Tuscany-style custom home built by Bauer Homes has won the People's Choice Award at the recent SAHBA Parade of Homes in Marana. The home features 3,780 square foot of living area, priced at $1,780,000, and is designed for elaborate indoor and outdoor entertaining.
Bauer Homes is owned by the husband-wife team of Brad and Sandy Bauer.
Attendees voted for their favorite home based on factors such as architectural design, green build technology, lifestyle amenities, outdoor entertainment areas, interior design and décor, energy efficiency, floor and window coverings and treatments, and overall appeal and livability.
The runner-up was Lathrem Homebuilders, owned by Charles Lathrem, followed by Canatsey Building & Development in third place, owned by Steve Canatsey, who also chaired the SAHBA Parade of Homes Committee.
The SAHBA Parade of Homes was Arizona's first custom home subdivision to be certified by the prestigious Energy Star Program, in partnership with Title Sponsor Southwest Gas.
