Rancho Sahuarita ranks No. 5
Rancho Sahuarita was ranked the nation’s No. 5 best-selling master-planned communities by real estate consulting firm Robert Charles Lesser.
The top 10 best-selling master planned communities was based on total number of new homes sold in 2008. Rancho Sahuarita had 506 homes sold last year and since opening in July 2001, nearly 4,500 homes have been sold. More than 13,000 people live in Rancho Sahuarita. It accounted for nearly 14 percent of the homes sold in the Tucson market.
