SAHBA Summer Luau
July General Membership Event

Enjoy the cool water, soothing live Jazz tunes, and yummy treats. Wear luau attire and receive prizes provided by Golden Eagle. Enter the ping-pong tournament for a chance to win a 2-night staycation package courtesy of the Sheraton Hotel and Suites.
Also, the donation from the Carnival de Golfe Tournament will be presented to The Hearth Foundation during the evening.

There will be an Advisory Council meeting beforehand, at 4:30 pm. If you are an Advisory Council member, please RSVP for both the meeting and the luau to Mayra.
Webinars
In an effort to help our members stay current on issues and new ways of doing business, we are now offering webinars from NAHB. They are free of charge to SAHBA members, and $25 to non-members.
We have four webinars scheduled between now and the end of the year:
- July 20 – Estimating with Microsoft Excel
(will be held only if we have 10 or more participants) - September 9 – Cost of Doing Business
- October 14 – Syndicate Financing
- November 11 – Green Build Codes & Standards
All webinars are from 11 am to noon, in the SAHBA boardroom and require an RSVP to Mayra at mayra@sahba.org
or 795-5114.
For all but the July 20 webinar, you will receive 1.0 hours continuing education credits towards NAHB’s professional designations.
If there is interest and support for continuing to offer webinars, we will schedule others as they become available from NAHB.
